Below is a summary applicable to this Gift Card.

The validity of this card is 12 months from the date of issue.
It is compulsory that you have access to or have internet on your device to use our technology.
The Gift Card is multi-use and can be used only at the designated merchant. Any amount remaining on the card of Rs 150 or less, must be redeemed for its full value.
If the value of a purchase exceeds the Gift Card value, then you will have to pay the outstanding amount of the purchase.
The Gift Card may not be combined with other Gift Cards for a single purchase, unless mentioned otherwise on the Gift Card.
You cannot combine this Gift Card with other special offers, loyalty or fidelity programmes or promotions that may be available, at partnering merchants, unless it is mentioned on the Gift Card.
We do not offer refunds. Gift Cards once sold or redeemed are-non refundable, whether you use it or not.
This Gift Cards is the property of the participating merchants whose names appear on the Gift Card, and we are not responsible for the safety, legality, quality or any other aspect of the goods or services purchased with a Gift Card. Gift.mu is only the technology and advertising partner of the partnering merchant.
Gift Cards are redeemable for goods or services of participating merchants. The merchants, not Gift.mu are the sellers of the goods and services and is solely responsible for accepting the redemption of any Gift Card. Instructions for redeeming the Gift Cards are stated on it.
The Gift card is subject to the merchant’s own terms and conditions which may not be explicitly written on their website or elsewhere. In case of any doubt it is advisable you call them directly to know how they operate and what will be expected from you.
