L’Atelier brings the richness of the Mauritian cuisine into the spotlight with fresh local products such as smoked marlin, lobster, hearts of palm… Open for lunch and dinner, L’Atelier proposes a menu that draws on Mauritian influences with a touch of French and international cuisine. Salads are served alongside the stars of the grill and revisited Mauritian specialities. A selection of burgers, sandwiches, pastas and pizzas complete the menu.
